The American Civil War is vividly documented by thousands of photographs. These images are universally recognized as a primary reason for America's continuing interest in the conflict. But no subject is more routinely taken for granted. No subject begs as much for additional research and interpretation.
Your financial support as a member will help the Center continue its outreach and educational programs, including our annual Image of War seminar.
