Friday, October 2

9:15–11:15 Optional (but cool!) experiences:
– Special Access to Ron Perisho historic photo exhibition (Gettysburg College)

Lunch on your own

12:45-1:15pm: Registration at Adams County Historical Society (ACHS)
-Museum exhibits open during this time

1:18pm:

Afternoon and evening events at ACHS

1:30     Welcome, Bob Zeller

1:45     Gettysburg in Detail (plus seminar logistics), Garry Adelman

2:30     Hands-on Wet Plate Walkthrough, Bob Szabo, Garry Adelman and ACHS

4:30     Musings of a Military Images Editor, Ron Coddington

5:30     Up-Close: Adams County Historical Society Photographic Collections

6:30     Banquet

7:20     AI and Civil War Photography, panel discussion, Ron Coddington, David Richardson, Garry Adelman, plus moderator.

8:15     Conclude

Saturday, October 3

8:26am: Battlefield tour, Garry Adelman with special guests

8:40     Mathew Brady’s McPherson’s Ridge in 3-D

10:00   Big Round Top and Devil’s Den: Gardner, Tyson, Weaver, Tipton and others

12:20: Lunch on your own (Steinwehr Ave)

1:50:     Tour continues: Brady, Gardner, Gutekunst, Tyson, Weaver, Tipton, Himes and others on East Cemetery Hill and the south end of town

3:45pm: Bus Tour concludes

(early) Dinner on your own.

5:15pm: Evening presentations at ACHS

5:15-7pm: Meet and Greet with William Frassanito and book signings (Frassanito, Adelman, Smith, Zeller, Richter, Coddington, Richardson)
